  • I have two pieces in California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch’s 5th anthology, Voices of the Valley: Through the Window (published in 2020). The first is a fable titled, “Stoned.”And the second is a poem about loss titled, “Never Again.”

 

  • My short story titled, “Forty-eight Hours”, was published in Las Positas College’s 2016 anthology, Sparks. Submissions were open to all writers and artists in the Tri-Valley area. My piece is loosely based on a true story about the criminal justice system and the consequences when rehabilitation fails.

 

  • My personal essay in the anthology, The Choice Matters (published in 2019) titled, “One Hundred Days,” which is about being given a choice to decide for one’s self.

 

  • I have one piece, a short fable, titled, “Where Do Dragons Go to Die?” in California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch’s 4th anthology, Voices of the Valley: Journeys (published in 2018).

 

  • There are two of my writings in the California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch’s 3rd anthology, Voices of the Valley: Word for Word (published in 2015). The first is a short story titled, “Images,” in which one-glance assumptions can be remarkably misleadingThe second piece is titled, “Recherché,” a short story about a magical pet store for those most in need.

 

  • One piece in the California Writers Club Tri-Valley Branch’s 2nd anthology, Voices of the Valley: Encore (published in 2013), is a short story titled, “Ryan’s Bull,” in which readers learn guts and glory, bull riding doesn’t begin and end with just one bull and one rider.
